How long will my repair take?+

Most minor bumper and panel repairs take 2–4 business days. Moderate collision damage typically runs 5–10 days. Major structural repairs with parts sourcing can take 2–3 weeks. We give you a realistic timeline up front and update you throughout.

Do I have to use the shop my insurance recommends?+

No. New York State law gives you the absolute right to choose your own repair shop. Your insurance must honor that choice. We work with every major carrier and handle the claim on your behalf.

Will you use OEM parts?+

Whenever your policy allows, yes. We prefer OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts because they fit perfectly and preserve your vehicle's crash performance and resale value. If aftermarket parts are required, we only use certified, high-quality equivalents.

Do you offer rental cars?+

Yes. If your policy includes rental coverage, we coordinate the rental directly with your insurance company and the rental agency. You just show up and drive.

What if you find hidden damage after the estimate?+

Hidden damage behind panels is common in collision work. We document everything with photos, file a supplement with your insurance, and never begin additional work without approval.

How do I know the paint will match?+

We use computerized spectrophotometer color matching and blend into adjacent panels when needed. Paint is applied in a downdraft booth and baked for a factory-perfect finish.
